I paid for a full front PPF, full ceramic coating, and ceramic tint, but the quality of work was unacceptable. The ceramic coating was incomplete—the roof was skipped entirely—and there are numerous high spots across the vehicle. Additionally, the PPF application on my carbon fiber mirrors has visible defects. Owner told me they will disappear after leaving car under sun for a day but they didn't. And they left masking tape behind on the mirrors that they failed to remove. I removed them myself. To make matters worse, the owner has completely ignored my attempts to resolve these issues. I would not recommend this shop.Posted on Google DANNY ceeTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. If you want your vehicle wrapped dobjot I repeat do not go here. I took my Jeep to a guy in Maryland who has worked on a few Jeeps in a club I’m part of, and they gave Gargom work grade D. Honestly, they pointed out several issues I didn’t even notice when I first picked it up. I never had a car wrapped and had no idea of these things. I paid expecting the job to be done properly, and that’s what’s really bothering me—I work hard for my money. I don’t understand how this happened, especially since they had my vehicle long enough to get it right. I didn’t deserve this level of work. This is really bad business. Did not take off the door latches or the fender flares went around them and the wording should have not been behind anything and crooked on one side. They should have been clear of view fully visible The Robots arm Canon was not visible but his hand was. The main thing that makes this particular transformer kool. smh crazy. Stay away.Posted on Google Julio VigilTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Gargom Wraps did a great job with my new carbon fiber pieces. The front lip has a lot of curves and edges but the PPF isn’t noticeable and was wrapped perfectly. Excelente servicio me encantó cómo dejó mi carro, muy atentos y amables todos!! 100% lo recomiendoPosted on Google Fortuneac.eTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the service performed on my 2026 BMW M2 at Gargom Wraps. The work delivered was incomplete, unprofessional, and far below the standard any customer has the right to expect—particularly given the $3,500 cost. Upon receiving my vehicle, I immediately noticed that the PPF installation had not been properly finished, with film visibly protruding from the grille area. The vehicle was also returned without being properly cleaned, leaving marks and scratches that should never be present after a professional PPF installation. Additionally, my interior was returned in a dirty condition, and there was a significant scratch on the passenger-side door that was not present prior to service. While I acknowledge that the tint work was performed adequately, this does not excuse the overall lack of care, quality, and professionalism demonstrated throughout the rest of the job. More concerning, I have since discovered that a pink squeegee was left lodged between the oil cooler and the oil cooler guard. This is an extremely serious issue. Any obstruction in this area poses a real risk of oil flow restriction, which could result in oil starvation and catastrophic engine damage. Leaving a foreign object in such a critical mechanical area demonstrates a profound lack of care and raises serious concerns about the safety of the work performed. As a paying customer, I expected a completed service, respect for my property, and accountability. Instead, I received incomplete work, physical damage, poor cleanliness, and a potentially dangerous oversight that could have caused severe mechanical failure. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Gargom Wraps. The poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail, and disregard for basic vehicle safety reflect an unacceptable standard of service.
